Specialising in all aspects of building maintenance and groundwork, WPM Maintenance Ltd employs a fully trained workforce of skilled tradesmen including electricians, plasterers, plumbers, carpenters, decorators, groundworkers, glaziers, bricklayers and general builders.                             

This broad base of skills enables WPM to offer its industrial and commercial clients a full maintenance and repair service – whatever the nature of work to be undertaken, literally from landscaping to leaky taps, re-decorating an office to building a new one.   
Our services are available both direct to property owners and to facilities management companies where we supply a complete fabric maintenance and repair service either on an emergency or contract basis. We also have a number of clients where we provide a planned maintenance service to ensure that premises are regularly inspected and maintained in top condition.        
                             
Our workforce are provided with corporate workwear and carry personal identification cards to ensure that our clients may be confident that only authorised personnel are on site.

Emergency repairs
We offer a 24-7 call out service for all types of emergency building repairs. This may be stopping a leak or boarding up after vandalism, a fire or storm damage, whatever the requirement our staff have the necessary experience and equipment either to make a full repair, or where this is not practical, to protect the property until appropriate measures can be taken.
